Bona men’s and women’s squads set for official unveiling, scrimmages

ST. BONAVENTURE — On Friday, Sept. 26, the St. Bonaventure faithful will have the chance to get their first glimpse at the men’s and women’s basketball teams during the 2025 Brown and White Night.

The event, set for 6:30 p.m. at the Reilly Center, will have “fan friendly activities, … special team introductions and videos, … and contests that will feature giveaways for fans in attendance” as well as 12 minute scrimmages by both the men’s and women’s teams.

According to a press release from St. Bonaventure Athletics, after the scrimmages, members of both teams will be available for meet and greets with autograph and photograph opportunities, free for all fans. Bonnies Basketball season posters will also be given to fans in the RC.

Also, for students, this will be an opportunity to claim their newly designed 2025-26 student section jersey.

“Brown and White Night is all about building excitement for the season ahead,” Communications and Marketing Coordinator Logan Moore said. “It’s a fun night where our fans get to connect with both teams, enjoy some great contests, and walk away with a taste of the energy we’ll see in the Reilly Center all year long.”
