Timothy C. Reed, 65, died at home with his family.

Born August 28, 1960, in Salamanca, NY. He was married July 26, 1986 to Debra Leiper, who survives.

Timothy graduated Salamanca High School, Class of 1978. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy, serving from 1979-1982, on the U.S.S. Samuel Gompers in Guam.

He worked as a surveyor at Savannah River Plant in Augusta, GA, from 1984-1997. He was the owner and operator of Clean Extreme Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners in Savannah, GA from 1997-2000, when he moved the business to Bradford, PA from 2000-2022.

He enjoyed the outdoors and fishing. He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed beating Bobby at iRacing.

Surviving besides his wife are: a son, James (Dana) Reed, Richmond, VA; a grandson, Bodhi Reed, Richmond, VA; a brother, Robert Jacoby, Lancaster, NY.

A memorial visitation will be held in the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY on Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 12-1pm, at which time memorial services will be held with Deacon Michael Anderson officiating.

Full military honors will be conducted by members of the American Legion Hughes-Skiba Post 535 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars John F. Ahrens Post 5296.
