Howard Evan Hina, loving husband, deeply missed
Portville – Howard Evan Hina passed away Sunday (November 1, 2026) at Olean General Hospital, after a long, courageous battle with cancer.
Howard was born September 19,1953, in Lowville, NY, the son of Laura Hina. He married Susan Lamberton on November 23, 2002, in Olean, NY. He spent his life traveling all over working for the Carnival Industry. That was something he truly loved doing.
He is survived by his wife; and sisters, Wendy and Beverly.
Howard is predeceased by his sisters, Terri and Jackie.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Guenther Funeral Home Inc., 1303 E. State St., Olean.
