ARCADE, NY — After a slow start, the Salamanca boys basketball team rallied to take down Pioneer on the road 59-53, pushing its overall season record positive.
The Warriors scored just seven points in the first frame against the Panthers, but managed to win each of the remaining three quarters to turn what was a six-point deficit into a six-point win.
Salamanca moved to 7-6 with the win and will host Falconer for its next game, at home on Jan. 23 at 7:30 p.m.
