OLEAN — Five Olean High School athletes, set to graduate come the end of the academic year, will be taking their talents to the college level.
Huskies Emma Edwards, Ava Borer, Blake Kinnaird, Phoenix Langdon and Chase Vogtli are the five athletes that will be participating across four different collegiate sports come next year.
Edwards will be playing softball while attending Tarleton State University. Borer and Kinnaird are both set to take spots in the track and field programs for Daemen University and Ithaca College, respectively. Langdon will be cheerleading while attending SUNY Fredonia. And Vogtli will suit up for the baseball team at Finger Lakes Community College.
