The CCAA Div. I softball All-Star teams have officially been announced, and helping headline the lists are several members from Olean and Allegany-Limestone’s squads.

The Huskies had three players named to the First Team All-Stars, second to only Fredonia — the winners of the league — who had four players make the team.

Emma Edwards (.561 BA, 90 Ks), Anna Bates (.484 BA, 24 RBI) and Riley Sudbrook (.587 BA) each earned a spot on the First Team after helping lead Olean to an 11-8 record and Section 6 Class A Quarterfinal appearance.

From Allegany-Limestone, ace Kailey Truman (.467 BA, 189 Ks) and Abby Peck (.389 BA, 13 RBI) claimed spots on the First Team. Truman and Peck were pivotal for the Gators as they reached the Section 6 Class B Semifinals.

Salamanca’s Makenzie Crouse (.342 BA) was also named to the First Team as she helped bring the Warriors to the Section 6 Class B Quarterfinals.

Other First Team All-Stars included Fredonia’s Naomi Muck (.350 BA), Jenna Fryberger (.486 BA), Callie Draggett (.429 BA) and Anna Delcamp (.514 BA). Bringing home both the CCAA Div. I softball Player and Pitcher of the Year awards was another member of the Hillbillies in Danielle Palisin as she finished the year with a .722 batting average, four doubles and a triple on offense and 72 strikeouts and just six earned runs all year from inside the circle.

Southwestern’s Siri Dubois (.474 BA) and Lexi Beckerink (.457 BA) and Jamestown’s Alyvia Remington (.347 BA) each made the First Team as well.

To go along with the three it had named to the First Team, Olean had three more players listed to the Second Team All-Stars, with Allison Anastasia, Ava Finch and Mia Jones each earning spots.

Also getting a Second Team All-Star nod were Allegany-Limestone’s Summer Rhow and Kennedy Honeck. Salamanca’s Skyla Dowdy also notched herself a spot on the Second Team.

Fredonia’s Ava Muck, Cassie Cramer and Leah Marsh, Southwestern’s Addison Shaw and Madelyn Burnett, Jamestown’s Kendall Hughes and Raegan Powers and Dunkirk’s Emma Ahlstrom rounded out the Second Team.

Local Honorable Mentions went to Olean’s Alaina Hirliman, Allegany-Limestone’s Peyton Truman, Kendall Lemon and Mya Hayes and Salamanca’s Charli Ross and Jaelynne Brown.

Fredonia’s Bella Buckley and Rihanna Benner, Southwestern’s Kate Casel and Ariana Silikowski and Dunkirk’s Kassidy Donisi also received Honorable Mentions.

The Coach of the Year Award was collected by Fredonia’s coaching duo of Jesse Beers and Tim Wright and the Team Sportsmanship Award was handed to Dunkirk.
