Today Bradford celebrated somber Memorial Day services in honor of our fallen soldiers.  Due to impending storm predictions from the National Weather Service, many parades, parties and other more rambunctious functions were canceled. Nevertheless, McKean County residents held public ceremonies, and gathered as families, to decorate the graves of fallen soldiers.

Saturday’s weather allowed many individuals, and groups of households to hold garage sales and tent sales, this Memorial weekend and Bradford Town-Wide Garage Sale day. The Bradford Area Public Library took advantage for a second year, since COVID, of the influx of travelers to hold their Big Book Sale on Friday and Saturday.
