Tina M. Fancher, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to everyone

Olean- Tina M. Fancher, of Olean, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025, at Strong Memorial Hospital, after a long illness, with her loving family by her side.

Tina was born in Geneseo on February 7, 1957, the daughter of Jack and Martina Braley Fancher.

After graduating from Geneseo High School in 1976, she moved to Friendship, working numerous jobs while raising four beautiful daughters. Tina had a love for bingo nights, the smell of something homemade baking in the oven, and above all, the laughter and love of her family. These everyday joys painted the picture of a life well lived and a heart full of love.

Tina is survived by her daughters, Martina Rivera, Michelle Rivera, Rebecca (David) Rivera, and Rosanna Rivera; 16 grandchildren, Keshaun Rivera, Kristiana Rivera, Jahkaree McClain, Mykel Rivera, Davion Hudson, Asianah Cottom, Jermaine DaSilva, Shanel Scott, Jason Collins, Andre Garcia, JaeAndra Garcia, Kailyn Walsh, Malakye Wofford, Rheyqwon (Kya) Davis, ThaiTyeena Davis, and Massiah Franklin; 6 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Sherrial Fancher and Marianne Fancher; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, Jack and Martina.

Friends will be received at the Mt. Zion Christian Assembly, 321 Front St., Olean, Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 12:00 p.m.to 1:00 p.m., with a funeral service beginning at 1 p.m., the Rev. R. Stanley Parks officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Zion Christian Assembly.
