Nancy Lynn Schrlau, loving mother and grandmother
Olean – Nancy L. Schrlau passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at her home. Nancy was born on January 3, 1958, in Bradford PA to Luella (Williams) Gray and Rodney Gray Sr.
Nancy loved her family. She was the mother of 3 children and 10 grandchildren. She was also going to be a Great Grandma come April 2027 to baby girl Gracelyn Kay. She loved baking and made the best butterscotch pie, a family recipe. She enjoyed making candy on the holidays for her grandkids. She loved spending time with her siblings and had a no filter sense of humor, which everyone loved about her. She will be missed by those closest to her.
Nancy is survived by one son, Edward Schrlau, Allegany NY; and two daughters Lynn (Todd) DePuy, Allegany NY; Crystal (Rich) Dinch Jr, Bradford PA. 10 grandchildren – Tanisha (Maneesh) Jasti, Raleigh NC; Thomas DePuy, Aerabella Schrlau, Aerika Schrlau, Allegany NY; Triston Watson, Corbin Watson, Josh Watson, Faith Dinch, Madison Dinch, Chase Dinch, Bradford PA. Siblings Rodney (Patricia) Gray, Bartlesville OK; Steven Gray, Eldred PA; Susan (William) Jacobs, Salamanca NY; Barbara (Michael) Copenhaver, Smethport PA; Deborah Foster, Eldred PA; Amy Gray, Eldred PA; and several nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her parents; brothers Mark and Douglas Gray; sister-in-law Kim Gray. Brother-in-law William Foster; nephew Toby Ward; niece April Schroth.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday (October 31, 2026) at the Eldred Legion from 12 to 4.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Guenther Funeral Home Inc., 1303 E. State St., Olean.
