PORT ALLEGANY, PA – Taking the hardwood one final time in the regular season, the Otto-Eldred volleyball team had one aim: keep their perfect record alive. In a four set match, the Lady Terrors did just that, downing one final North Tier League opponent as they handed Port Allegany a loss at home.

In the opening action, O-E stormed out to a dominant start, cruising to a 25-9 victory to set the tone. However, as they eased off the gas in the second, Port seized their opportunity. Cashing in on several miscues and errors by their opponents, the Lady Gators notched a set against the Lady Terrors at 25-21.

But from there, O-E went for the kill, claiming back-to-back win-sealing sets at 25-12 and 25-13, officially boasting an unbeaten season.

Rayel Hakes ended with 31 kills, 11 blocks and seven digs, while Ayla Van Scoter recorded 13 digs alongside her seven kills. Emma Button ran the offense with 27 assists, also tallying nine kills and 12 digs.

Officially marking an 18-0 record, the Lady Terrors now await the District 9 playoffs.
