LITTLE VALLEY — With the beef, dairy and livestock judging at the 183rd Cattaraugus County Fair over, all eyes are on the 4-H Market Class Animal Sale Saturday morning.
The beef and dairy steer auction starts at 10:30 a.m. in the Beef/Dairy judging ring. Thirty-four beef and 10 dairy steers will be sold to the highest bidder.
The sale moves to the Livestock ring, where there are 10 goats, 27 lambs, 64 pigs, three pens of rabbits, 13 turkeys and 38 chickens to be sold.
Homemade pies are also on the list of items to be sold.
On Thursday, a beef and showmanship competition was featured. The results are:

Also Saturday morning, the All Breeds Horse Show starts at 10 o’clock in the 4-H horse arena.
The midway opens at 1 p.m.
The Monster Truck Rally starts at 1:30 p.m. in front of the grandstand, preceded by a Monster Truck Pit Party for those with grandstand admission.
Closing out the fair’s grandstand entertainment Saturday night is a Truck and Tractor Pull starting at 6 p.m.
