GREAT VALLEY — The fourth annual Great Valley Town Picnic at Baugh Family Park will be held Friday, July 31, beginning at 6 p.m.
Supervisor Dan Brown said the picnic is at the former Great Valley Youth Camp grounds, 6619 Mutton Hollow Road.
A large tent has been erected and a new handicapped accessible bathroom has just been completed.
Brown said the new bathroom puts the town’s Baugh Family Park one step closer to being able to offer family, party and event rentals.
Friday night’s party will include a light supper featuring pulled-pork barbecue sandwiches from Katy’s Fly-In, Brown said.
Bring your lawn chair and listen to music by Jon-n-Sandy.
The Baugh Family Park was donated to the town by Mr. and Mrs. Travis Baugh after they purchased it from New York State.
Most of the Youth Camp buildings including classrooms, offices and dormitories were leveled.
