MONDAY ROUNDUP: KSW Photography picks up two wins in OWSL

OLEAN, NY — KSW Photography was at the double on June 29, picking up a win apiece over Shamrocks and Ice Cold Pitches.

Against Shamrocks, KSW used a 12-run fourth-inning to solidify a 21-9, four-inning mercy-rule.

Kasey Wilder led the offensive barrage, going 3-for-4 with a triple. Mandy Martin, Liz Tucker, Kristin Sledge-Whitcomb, Emily Cooper and Candy Miller all went 3-for-4 behind Wilder.

Lindsay Allen (2-for-4, HR) and Lily Bushnell (2 triples) contributed on offense as well.

For Shamrocks, Natasha Biel tallied two triples.

In their second game of  the night, KSW took care of business against Ice Cold Pitches by  a score of 9-3.

Martin, Wilder and Mary Ann Dusza went  3-for-4 in the win. Emily Cooper chipped in a triple.

Erin Bell (3-for-3) and Robyn Berlin Howard (triple) highlighted the efforts of Ice Cold Pitches.

Bamboo Strategy 16, Ice Cold Pitches 8

OLEAN, NY — Powered by Kimmy Martinelli’s 4-for-4 night, complete with a double, Bamboo Strategy rolled to a win over Ice Cold Pitches.

Brigitte Sarbar (3-for-3), Shannon Detweiler (2-for-4, double), Grace Rostzye (2-for-3, double), Amber Mohr (3-for-4) and Stacey Jordan (3-for-4) all had big nights on offense as well.

For Ice Cold Pitches, Michelle Cisco was a triple shy of the cycle, finishing 3-for-4 with a home run and a double. Erin Bell went 3-for-4 in the loss as well.

Randy’s up the River 8, McKan Trucking 1

OLEAN, NY — Randy’s up the River left its offense late in its win over McKan Trucking.

Nicole Calbi (RBI) and Tierney Hemphill headlined the offense with two hits apiece.

Mia Welty and Inga Welty each recorded two hits in the loss.

Angee’s 15, Hangry Pitches 7

OLEAN, NY — Mackenzie Gran led Angee’s to a lopsided win over Hangry Pitches, going a near-perfect 4-for-5 at the plate.

Also contributing for Angee’s was Emma Edwards, JoJo Gibbons (triple), Julia Moffatt and Sophia Aiello, who each went 3-for-5. Kristiana O’Connell, Leslie Nasuta, Avery DeFazio had two hits apiece and Sophia Renaud added a triple as well.

Liz Rix led Hangry Pitches, going 3-for-4 with a home run. Tayler Skelly went 2-for-3 while Jacqueline Daniels and Danielle Arnett went 2-for-4 in the loss as well.

Pink Ladies 5, Bamboo Strategy 3

OLEAN, NY — Elyse Graham did a lot of the heavy lifting for Pink Ladies in their win over Bamboo Strategy, picking up RBIs on four of her team’s five total runs.

Sara Wesley (RBI), Rachel Vossler and Courtney Martin each had doubles in the win as well.

Brigitte Sarbar led Bamboo Strategy with a 2-for-3 performance. Amber Mohr, Kimmy Martinelli and Sherri Ensel (double) chipped in RBIs in the loss.
