OLEAN, NY — Behind a blemish-free, 3-for-3 day at the dish from Kendra Colegrove, Angee’s edged out a narrow 7-6 win over Pink Ladies.
In support of Colegrove, Betty McNabb, Sophia Fratercangelo (double) and JoJo Gibbons each went 3-for-4, Sophia Aiello finished 2-for-3 and Kristiana O’ Connell (double) went 1-for-2 with two RBI.
Rachel Vossler led Pink Ladies, finishing 3-for-4. Amber Kisner, Courtney Martin (double) and Sam Mott each went 2-for-3 in the loss.
KSW Photography 26, Pitches Be Crazy 1
OLEAN, NY — A 13-run first inning paced KSW Photography to a lopsided win over Pitches Be Crazy.
Lily Bushnell shined in the win, going 3-for-4 with a triple. Emily Cooper, Molly Looper, Liz Tucker, Caryn Miller and Mandy Martin all contributed with 3-for-4 performances as well.
Amber Dilley recorded a triple and Angel Kenyon had an RBI in the loss.
McKan Trucking 16, KSW Photography 14
OLEAN, NY — McKan Trucking scored seven unanswered runs to complete its comeback over KSW Photography.
Molly Kate McCullough and Mia Welty led the winning effort, each going 3-for-5 with a double. Maddison Ford went 3-for-4 with a triple in the win as well.
Lindsay Allen and Kristen Sledge-Whitcomb led KSW Photography, going 3-for-4. Emily Cooper finished 3-for-5 in the loss.
Halfway Inn 8, Randy’s 5
OLEAN, NY — Surviving a late rally attempt by Randy’s, Halfway Inn held onto victory.
Aliyah Cole led Halfway Inn with a team-high three hits. Faith Capito (double, triple), Jenna Hadley (double), Brooke DeYoe and Makenna Pancio chipped in two hits apiece in the win.
Nicole Calbi, Kayla Shoemaker and Kaelyn Arnold each had two hits for Randy’s.
Ice Cold Pitches 15, Allen’s Wine and Liquor 2
OLEAN, NY — A consistent offensive output led Ice Cold Pitches to a big win over Allen’s Wine and Liquor.
Sara Livingston (triple) and Tiffany Worthington carried the torch for Ice Cold Pitches, going 3-for-4. Elizabeth Owens and Ashley Erskine contributed 3-for-5 performances in the win as well.
Peyton Young (3-for-3) and Casey Cummings (2-for-2) had perfect days at the plate in defeat.
Hangry Pitches 23, Shamrocks 8
OLEAN, NY — An 11-run inning lifted Hangry Pitches out of the reach of Shamrocks in what ended up as a lopsided win.
Christy Lineman’s perfect 6-for-6 night, which included a triple, highlighted the win. Behind her, Jen Blum, Tasha Morrison (double, HR) and Dani Newman each went 4-for-6, Karen Layman-Woolston (double) went 3-for-5 and Meghan Hollenbeck, Liz Rix and Danielle Arnett went 2-for-6.
Savana Carapelletti (double), Alyssa Hale and Tasha Beil went 2-for-4 for Shamrocks.
Bamboo Strategy 20, Misfits 4
OLEAN, NY — Bamboo Strategy was led to a big win behind Kimmy Martinelli and Sheri Ensel, who each had a perfect, 4-for-4 day at the plate, complete with a home run apiece.
In support, Aime Brabham and Grace Rositzke (RBI) each went 3-for-3, Amber Mohr and Andrea Darrow went 3-for-4 and Paige Gordneir had two doubles.
Miranda Bova, Logan Funden and Cindy Smith all went 3-for-3 in the loss.
