DUNKIRK, NY – On a night when all nine of the Warriors made their way into the scoring column, the Salamanca girl’s basketball team took down Dunkirk 48-23, earning their place as co-league champions.

Steady scoring out of the gates put the Warriors ahead at the half before a doubling-down effort in the third all but sealed the outcome. Scoring came by committee as Salamanca outmatched Dunkirk 18-8 in the period, then cruising to their 15th overall victory and eleventh CCAA Division I win.

Leading the charge was Arabelle Reynolds, an eight grader, who finished with eight points, four rebounds, four assists and three steals throughout four quarters.
