Steven J. Kuhn Loving Dad, Devoted Papa, Involved Family Man

Allegany – Steven J. Kuhn, of Allegany, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at the Olean General Hospital.

Steven was born in Olean on January 10, 1972, the son of the late Lawrence John Kuhn (Judith Kuhn) and Diana St. Clair Huber (Russell Huber).

A graduate of Portville Central School, class of 1990. Steven enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters and children. He was a member of a pool league and enjoyed online gaming.

Steven is survived by his daughters, Danielle Lewis and Julie Kuhn; grandchildren, Rylie Hadley and Maci Lewis; siblings, Kathy (Steve) Kuhn Livingston, Heather (Joe) Gerwitz, and Vicki (Jeff) Ratzel; an uncle and aunt, John (Bonnie) Kuhn; uncle Paul (Karen) St. Clair, aunt Ellen Day, multiple nieces and nephews; and his former wife, Connie Kuhn.

He was predeceased by his parents, Lawrence and Judith, and his paternal grandparents, John J. Kuhn Sr. and Bernadine Kuhn, his maternal grandparents, Willard J. St. Clair and Dorothy M. Fischette, an uncle, Mike Kuhn, two aunts, Donna Willis and Virginia Hemmerly.

A Celebration of Life for Steven will be held this Saturday, January 10, 2026, at The Wing, 313 Main St., Olean, starting at 1 pm.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Guenther Funeral Home, Inc., 1303 E. State St., Olean.
