Karen Sue Ours, Loving Wife, Sister, Mother, and Grandmother.
Eldred, PA- Karen Sue Ours, of Eldred, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 29, 2025, at Buffalo General, with loving family by her side.
Karen was born in Olean on July 9, 1954, the daughter of the late Beverly J. and Charles “Corky” Brown. On April 22, 1995, she married her beloved husband, Richard Ours, who survives.
A 1972 Otto Eldred School graduate, Karen then went to work for and retired from the Dresser Clark Federal Credit Union. She had a passion for racing and was a devoted fan of both the Buffalo Bills and Penn State. Some of her happiest times were spent camping and making memories with her family.
Karen is survived by her beloved husband, Richard; her sons, Keith, Kevin, and Kurt (Amanda) Goodell; her stepchildren, Sonja (Barry) Bacha, Tara (Tom) Reed, and Ryan Ours; her grandbabies, Leanne, Alyssa, Tyler, and Tristan; twelve step-grandbabies and two great-grandbabies; and three sisters, Carolyn Brown, Connie (Marcie) Brown-Horkins, and Brenda (Tonya) Brown-Kilby
She was predeceased by her parents, Beverly and Charles.
Karen’s family will celebrate her life at a later date to be announced.
