Town of Mansfield, NY – Kay F. Sanders ,85, of the Town of Mansfield went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday April 5, 2025 at Olean General Hospital.
She was born May 21, 1939 in Blasdell, NY the daughter of the late Olin and Georgeanna (Hillman) Shults.
She married the love of her life Glenn E. Sanders on July 6, 1957 who survives. She was a 1957 graduate of Ellicottville Central School.In her younger years she worked several jobs in the Ellicottville area and later retired from the Town of Ellicottville office of the Supervisor as the secretary.She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Valley View Baptist Church.
Besides her loving husband of 67 years she is survived by 3 sons Scott (Alice) Sanders of Salamanca, NY , Karl (Karen) Sanders of Lee’s Summit ,MO and Brian Sanders of Olean, NY and 6 grandsons Kameron (Angel) Sanders, Kristopher Sanders and Konner Sanders, Nickolas Sanders, Leon Roblee and Darin Roblee and 5 great grandchildren Maddox Sanders, Lilianna Sanders, Adrianna Roblee, Sophia Roblee and Noah Roblee.Also surviving is a sister Shirley Franklin of St. Petersburg, FL.
She was predeceased by an infant brother Norman Charles Shults in 1932.
Private Family Services will be held now with a public Celebration of Life Service at a later date.
Burial will be in Maples Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Valley View Baptist Church of St. Jude’s.
