Right Thinkers to focus on ‘Healthcare Crisis’ Monday

ALLEGANY — The conservative Right Thinkers group will hold its monthly meeting Monday (March 17) begining at 5 p.m. at The Hall at Maple and Fourth streets in Allegany.

The theme for the meeting is: “Healthcare in Crisis,”  and the four panelists are:

  • Nick Ferreri, owner of the Field of Dreams assisted living facility in Allegany.
  • Dr. Steven Carlson, a medical doctor and an anesthesiologist in the Olean area for several years.
  • Kelly Andreano, a Cattaraugus County Legislator and chairman of its Human Services Committee.
  • Dr. Nicholas Waddy, a professor at Alfred State College, and a conservative writer with a popular blog at WaddyisRight.com.

The Right Thinkers meeting for April will be on Monday, April 28 — Our Local Food Supply and Your Health. The panelists will be: 

  • Mark Heberling, a Farmersville farmer and Cattaraugus County Republican chairman).
  • Jonathan Ault, an organic farmer and owner of Alterity Regenerative Ranching (ARR) Farm in Portville.
  • Mark Printz, a longtime organic farmer and former manager of Canticle Farm in Allegany.
