Olean- Nancy M. Blackwell “Loving Mother, Grandmother & Sister” 

 Nancy M. Blackwell of The Pines of Olean passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2025. 

 Nancy was born on July 5, 1936, in Olean and was the daughter of Thomas E. and Frances L. Halsen Hull. She was formerly married to James R. Blackwell. 

 Nancy was a 1954 graduate of Olean High School. She enjoyed being a member of the Red Hat Society, reading, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. 

 Nancy is survived by her 3 children; Michael J. (Sherry) Blackwell of Tennessee, Lynne M. (Chip) Fehl of Pittsburg, PA., Kevin C. Blackwell of Olean, 6 grandchildren; Russell, James, Sarah, Tim, Sommer, and Stefany, 5 greatgrandchildren; Cooper, Everett, Mara, Hayden, and Jocelyn, a brother, Larry Hull of Olean, a sister, Phyllis (Dan) Blaskee of Florida, and several nieces and nephews. 

 Nancy was predeceased by a son, James “Jay” Blackwell, 2 brothers, David and Thomas Hull, and a sister, Marilyn Ervay. 

Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., Olean. Online condolences may be made at www.letromcintoshspinkfuneralhome.com
