Vivian L. Moore, 66, of Salamanca, NY died Monday, December 9, 2024 at the Salamanca Rehabilitation & Nursing Center following a short illness.

Born May 19, 1958 in Syracuse, NY, she was the daughter of the late David Sr. and Glorianna Printup Schlicht.

She attended De Ruyter Central School, and Cortland Senior High School.

Surviving are: a son, Vincent Moore, Olean, NY; six sisters, Gloriann Schlicht, Nanette (John) Helgager, Annette (Peter) McMahon, Marjorie Frink, Leslie (Paul) Askew, Terri (Raubie) Smith ; four brothers, Yonnie, Peter (Susan), Morrison (Valerie Whaley), Noel (Tyller); and sister-in-law Darlene.

She was predeceased by a brother, David W. Schlicht Jr. and a sister, Audrey Lou Suosmaa.

Friends may call at the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY on Friday, December 13 from 11 – 1pm at which time funeral services will be held with Rev. Marvin Abrams, Pastor of the Jimersontown Presbyterian Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Hillside Haven Cemetery, Steamburg, NY at a later date.
