Rixford- Susan M. Collins “Loving Mother, Wife & Grandmother”

 Susan M. Collins of 11 Collins Lane, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at the Bradford Pavilion. 

 Susan was born July 27, 1950 in Paterson, NJ and was the daughter of Harold H. and Helen A. Astrauskas Hoke Sr. On June 27, 1970 in the St. Raphael’s Catholic Church, she married her loving husband Richard Collins Jr. who survives. 

 Susan was a member of the St. Raphael’s Catholic Church in Eldred. She loved gardening and walking but most of all she loved spending them with her family and animals. Susan will be remembered for being helpful, caring, loving, giving and hard working. She was always positive, and the size of her heart will be unmatched. 

 Along with her loving husband, Richard, Susan is survived by; 2 children, Melissa (Patrick) Zawacki and Scott (Mary) Collins; 2 grandchildren, Ashlyn Collins and Lucas Zawacki; 2 siblings, Harold (Sue) Hoke Jr. and Paulette (Roger) Orlandi.

 Susan was predeceased by her parents and a sister, Flo Shelander.
