Olean- Elva M. Willard “Loving Mother, Grandmother & Sister”

 Elva M. Willard of 447 N. First Street, passed away on December 29, 2022 at the Olean General Hospital.  

 Elva was born June 12, 1946, in Mansfield and was the daughter of Theadore Emons and Stella Dora Wakley France.  She married the love of her life Francis “Franny” Manion who predeceased her on July 20, 2003. 

 Elva enjoyed doing crafts, attending craft shows as a vendor, playing BINGO, trips to the Casino, decorating for Christmas but most of all she loved spending time with her family.  

 Elva is survived by; 2 children, Charmaine R. Willard, and Carman F. Willard; 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; 4 siblings, Minnie Fuller of Olean, NY, Kathy Emge of IL, Theadore France Jr. of Franklinville, NY, Phyllis McCabe of Ithaca, NY

 Elva was predeceased by; her parents; Floyd France, Nancy Austin, Pauline Braymiller, and Patricia Blood. 

A Celebration of Life will be held July 5, 2024, from 2:00pm to 7:00pm at the Rushford Legion Park, 9088 W Branch Rd, Rushford, NY 14060. Arrangements are under the direction of the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., Olean. Online condolences may be made at www.letromcintoshspinkfuneralhome.com
