December 27, 1951 – December 28, 2024
       Leslie L. Law of Long Point Drive passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at Olean General Hospital after a long illness.Â
Leslie was born on December 27, 1951, in Olean and was the son of Forest E. and Eleanor R. Gifford Law. On January 30, 1971, in Sterling Heights, Michigan, he married his loving wife, of 53 years, Mary Tomljenovich, who survives.
Leslie was a 1970 graduate of Pioneer High School where he played football. He enjoyed living at Lime Lake and he worked for his dad on the milk route, F.E. Law’s Dairy of Machias. He worked as a die caster for 40 years for various manufacturers, including Asian Automotive, in Clinton, TN, where he was a manager. Leslie was a member of the Moose Club #692 in Greenville, TN., and St. Philomena Roman Catholic Church of Franklinville.
Beside his loving wife, Leslie is survived by his son, Michael (Joyce) Law of Machias, his daughter, Susan (Audrey Brown) Law of Buffalo, grandson, Christopher (Emily) Law of Machias, granddaughter Jacquelyn Law of West Seneca, 3 great grandchildren: Emma, Declin, and Adeline Law, and 11 nieces and nephews.
Leslie was predeceased by his parents, his sister, Lorraine Orrcutt of SC., and a brother, Lynn Law of Machias.
A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at 10:00am at St. Philomena’s Roman Catholic Church, 26 Plymouth Street, Franklinville.
