GREAT VALLEY — A Great Valley man is facing drug and weapons possession charges following a search warrant being served at his home by the Southern Tier Drug Task Force.
The search was executed at 4228 Bear Hollow Road, Great Valley, by members of the Task Force assisted by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Special Response Team.
A search turned up a 30-30 rifle and a quantity of suspected methamphetamine.
David Dille, 51 of Great Valley was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Also charged was Nathaniel Dubois II, 49, of Buffalo, who was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. The search warrant was executed Tuesday at 9:45 p.m.
Both men were arraigned in Ellicottville Town Court and are being held in the county jail.
The case remains under investigation and additional charges may be pending, Sheriff Eric Butler said in a press release.
