Patrick G. Sullivan, 62, of Allegany, NY, died Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at Olean General Hospital following a brief illness.
Born January 4, 1964, in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the son of the late Harry Sullivan and Dolores Wardzella Sullivan.
He was a graduate of Salamanca High School, Class of 1981, and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
Patrick was a Certified Public Accountant and had been employed at INtandem, Olean, NY, for over 25 years, most recently serving as Director of Reimbursement.
He enjoyed martial arts, weightlifting, playing guitar and saxophone, and reading.
Surviving are: a sister, Mary Van Dusen, Cincinnati, OH; a brother, David (Catherine) Sullivan, Churchville, NY; and his nieces and nephews to whom he was especially close, Maureen and Meredith Sullivan of Churchville, Austin (Trisha) Van Dusen, USN, of Yokosuka, Japan, and John Van Dusen of Cincinnati.
He was predeceased by an infant brother, Matthew Sullivan.
Friends may call at Our Lady of Peace Parish, 274 Broad Street, Salamanca, NY, on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., at which time a Mass of Christian Burial will be held with Rev. Charles Johnson as celebrant.
Burial will be in St. Bonaventure Cemetery, Allegany, NY.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY.
