MAYVILLE, NY – On the heels of an eleven-goal eruption, the Salamanca girl’s soccer team kept their momentum rolling, breezing past the Eagles 6-0 for their second win of the season.
After an initial 20-minute stalemate, Ireland Fidurko broke the ice with a goal with 19:31 remaining on the clock, assisted by Brielle Massagli. Seven minutes later, Addison Earley took over, punching in back-to-back goals in a 45-second window.
Already up 3-0 heading into the second half, the Warriors cruised to the finish line, scoring three more in the 50th, 70th and 73rd minute.
Earley ended the day with a hat trick alongside one assist while Fidurko came away with two goals. Arleigh Chudy scored one and tallied one assist, followed by Massagli with two assists and Gwyn Emborsky and Lailee Pierce, who both registered one assist each.
On Tuesday, Salamanca (2-1) will come back to CCAA Division I play, when they travel to see Catt-Little Valley at 4:30 p.m.
Clearfield 1, Bradford 0
CLEARFIELD, PA – Struggling to break past the defense, the Lady Owls fell to 3-2 on the season with a Saturday shutout loss.
Adeline Myer had six saves during the loss.
Bradford returns home on Monday to host Brookville at 5:30 p.m.
Redbank Valley 4, Port United 0
NEW BETHLETHEM, PA – Despite Dana Clark’s best efforts in the net, the Lady Gators were unable to fend off the Lady Bulldogs.
Clark ended with 14 saves during her tenure in goal, while Port’s offense put up three shots on goal.
Port will return to action on Monday, staying on the road to see Elk County Catholic at 5:30 p.m.
Allegany-Limestone 3, Frewsburg 0
ALLEGANY, NY – Playing under the lights, the Gators came away with their fourth consecutive win, beating the Bears with a trio of goal scorers.
Kennedy Honeck opened the action, scoring her sixth goal of the year in the 14th minute, while Leaa Kopp and Kai Wojewoda-Ko followed suit soon after, closing out the first half with an untouchable 3-0 lead.
A-L will look to maintain their heat streak with a road game on Tuesday against Southwestern at 7 p.m.

Redbank Valley 3, Port United 2
NEW BETHLEHEM, PA – In a tick-for-tack battle with the Bulldogs, the Gators came up just shy of victory, ultimately suffering their third loss of the season.
Scoring for Port was Aidan Stuckey and Holden Nance, the latter of which tallied his second goal of the year.
Up next, Port will travel to St. Marys to take on the Elk County Catholic Crusaders on Monday at 7:30 p.m.
Warren 3, Bradford 0
WARREN, PA – Emerging on the wrong end of a shutout loss, the Owls fall to 1-5-1 on the season.
After three-day hiatus, Bradford returns to action on Wednesday in DuBois.
Salamanca 2, Frewsburg 1
SALAMANCA, NY – A two-goal day from Taylor Hayes netted the Warriors their second win of the season.
Hayes kicked off the action early, scoring Salamanca’s first goal in just ten seconds of play, before closing book-ending the go-ahead game-sealer in the final four seconds.
On Monday, Salamanca will travel to See Pine Valley-Gowanda at 4:30 p.m.
