Joyce (Blalock) Terhune – Loving Mother, Grandmother, and Jehovah’s Witness
OLEAN – Joyce Terhune passed away Tuesday, June 30, at Olean General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Born November 22, 1970, in Lakeworth Hills, Fl., Joyce was the daughter of Claude and Lois (Hill) Blalock.
Joyce loved crocheting, doing puzzles, spending time with family, and was a Jehovah’s Witness.
Joyce is survived by her children, Ryan Blalock, Alyssa Burton (Wetherby), Joseph Terhune, and Joshua Terhune; and grandchildren, Ryha Blalock, Ariella Burton, and Koltyn Burton; and two sisters, Jeanne Schulz and Lorraine Jordan. She was predeceased by her parents, Claude and Lois, a brother, Ronnie Blalock, and her grandmother, Maxine Hill.
No funeral services are scheduled at this time.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Guenther Funeral Home, 1303 E. State St., Olean.
