Time Magazine said, “If you care to assassinate yourself with laughter, try DEATHTRAP.”
Fortunately for the residents of Bradford, the Bradford Little Theatre has been hard at work preparing to present Deathtrap at 7:30 p.m. on May 17 and 18; also at 2 p.m. on May 19 at Togi’s Playhouse on 18 Welch Ave.
Deathtrap by Ira Levin is a thriller in two acts, where the main characters Sidney Bruhl and his wife provide the audience with twists and turns, keeping them guessing as to their true motives throughout this thriller of a production.
Five cast members will have audience members on the edge of their seats with sudden shocks and devilish cleverness until the very last moments of the play.
This Bradford Little Theatre production of Deathtrap is being directed by David Merwine. Additionally, Deathtrap is presented by special arrangement with Broadway Licensing, LLC servicing the Dramatists Play Service collection.
Tickets for Deathtrap are $10. For additional ticket information, visit https://www.bradfordlittletheatre.org/
The Bradford Little Theatre will perform From the Heart on June 2; Game Shows Gone Wrong from July 19 through 21; Nana’s Naughty Knickers from Sept. 20 through 22; Murder on the Menu on Nov. 1 and 2; A Jolly Playhouse Christmas from Dec. 13 through 15; The Importance of Being Earnest from Feb. 21 through 23, 2025; and Tuck Everlasting on May 9 and 10, 2025.
