The City of Olean Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire with possible entrapment at 2003 W. State St. at 9:38 a.m. Sunday.
Fire crews arrived on scene within four minutes of dispatch and immediately initiated fire attack
operations while simultaneously conducting a primary search of the residence for any occupants.
Fire personnel successfully extinguished the fire and completed search operations within three
minutes of arrival, according to Capt. Nate Veno.
All residents were accounted for at the scene. Occupants were evaluated by emergency personnel and transported to Olean General Hospital by Trans Am Ambulance for treatment.
The incident remains under investigation.
