PORT ALLEGANY, PA – Playing on the second night of a back-to-back homestand, the Port Allegany girl’s basketball team got back into the win column with a 43-21 North Tier League victory over Austin.
While Jenna Renner led Port in scoring, coming away with 16 points, Brynn Evens reached a career milestone as she cashed in on her 100th and 101st career 3-pointer, ending with eight points overall. Peyton Gordon finished with 12 points, six rebounds and five steals through the win.

SMETHPORT, PA – Led by Payton Neff’s 20 points, the Lady Hubbers added another league win to their record as they dominated the Lady Green Wave at home.
Alongside her scoring, Neff came away with a team-high nine rebounds and a block while Cassidy Szuba finished with eight points, three rebounds and two steals. Madey McKean led Smethport on the defensive side of the ball, registering seven steals to go with seven points and nine rebounds.

JAMESTOWN, NY – Suffering a second consecutive loss on the week, the Warriors dropped to 8-8 after being unable to contain the Trojans.
Payton Bradley ended with a game-high 18 points in the loss, followed by Carlton Farmer with nine and Dominick Hill with seven.

ALLEGANY, NY – The Gators suffered their eighth loss in a row as they fell short of overcoming the Cardinals.
A-L (2-10) has just six games left in the regular season, starting with a home game against Fredonia (14-1) on Friday. That game is slated for a 7:30 p.m. start time.

BRADFORD, PA – Improving to 6-3 in Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference play, the Panthers ended their week with a win as they routed the Nittany Lions by 26.
Coming off the bench, Jeremy Rodriguez ended with a game-high 20 points alongside three rebounds and two assists. Clarence Cobbins finished with 16 points and four rebounds while Coby Farley tallied 13 points, eight rebounds and four steals in the win.

BRADFORD, PA – Still searching for their first win of the season, Pitt-Bradford fell to 0-17 on the season with a loss to the Nittany Lions.
Amber Murak came away with 23 points while Dalayla Alexander finished with 18 points and five rebounds.
