BRADFORD, PA — With the ninth annual NY/PA Corporate Cup Soccer Showcase less than two weeks away, let’s break down the New York rosters, starting with those on the boys side.
Kicking off the day’s events will be the New York Boys Silver Team squaring off against its Pennsylvanian opposition. Slated to begin at 12 p.m., the boys silver match will kick off the day’s event at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford’s Kessell Athletic Complex on July 27. The New York Boys Gold Team will take the field at 5 p.m. later that day.
In terms of local talent, Allegany-Limestone leads Corporate Cup roster occupations with seven, six of which are set to suit up for the Gold Team. Portville will have one representative on the Gold Team as well while Salamanca will have one player representing the Warriors on the Silver Team.
Ellicottville will be the only other school with as many players in the boys games as A-L, with three making the Gold Team roster and four making the Silver Team.

ALLEGANY-LIMESTONE
#3 Cooper Wilczewski — Junior — Allegany-Limestone
— Wilczewski led the Gators all the way to the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) Class C Final last season, scoring 15 goals and netting six assists.
#4 Donovan Booker — Sophomore — Allegany-Limestone
— Booker was a brick wall in goal for Allegany-Limestone last season, tallying 12 shutouts in their 19 victories.
#7 Luke Griffin — Senior — Allegany-Limestone*
— What Griffin lacked in goal tallies from last season, he made up for in assists. While he found the back of the net six times in the 2024 campaign, he dished out 12 assists.
#15 Zander Parsons — Senior — Allegany-Limestone
— Parsons was the second part of A-L’s dynamic scoring duo alongside Wilczewski, netting 13 goals and four assists last year.
#20 Thomas Buffamante — Senior — Allegany-Limestone
— Buffamante found the back of the net four times last season, dishing out an assist as well.
