FARGO, ND — Salamanca High School wrestler Kasen Hardy reached the Round of 16 at the 16U U.S. Marine Corps Juniors National Championships in Fargo, North Dakota.
On July 14, Hardy claimed victory in his only match of the day, defeating Pennsylvania’s Emmitt Summerlin (No. 10 seed) by a 13-2 technical fall. The win avenged a loss that Hardy suffered to Summerlin back in May at the Northeast Regionals.
