Denise Marie Winsor-Booth, age 50, passed away in her home in Salamanca, NY on Saturday, March 22, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones.
Born in Lancaster, PA, she is survived by her father, LeRoy Booth, and stepmother, Cheri Trimble Reinert Booth.
She served as the store manager at Little Caesar’s for eight years in Salamanca, always making sure to help her customers to the best of her abilities, as well as taking the time to teach her fellow staff members the ropes of the business.
She fought many battles in her life with dignity, grace, and sheer strength, and continued to do so until the very end.
Surviving are: her two daughters, Andrea Baldwin and Megan Huber; and one son, Michael Huber; three sisters, Jennifer, Cindy, and Holly, three brothers, Eric, Jamie, and Leroy Jr. She was a grandmother filled with adoration for her two grandsons, Kaisen Shevlin and Emmett Gable. As a lover of animals, her precious pups, Abby, Bandit, Luna, and Ginger, were all by her side as she passed, as well as one of her cats, Emmett. She also had another cat, Mia, and a grand-kitty, Molly, along with her angel kitties, Cuddles and Gizmo (“Gizzy”), who she has now reunited with. With boundless love and open arms, she unofficially adopted countless other children and grandchildren, all of whom she loved just as deeply.
Friends may call at the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc Funeral Home, 25 River Street, Salamanca, NY on Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 2 – 5 p.m.
A celebration of life will be held in place of a funeral, which will be announced by the family at a later date.
