JOHNSONBURG, PA – Kicking off the first of three games in just as many days, the Otto-Eldred girls’ basketball team cruised to a win over Johnsonburg, winning 49-24.
On Friday, the Lady Terrors’ nine-game win streak came to an end with an upset loss to Oswayo Valley. Looking to put the past behind them, O-E got to work against the Rammettes. After taking the lead in the second quarter, the Lady Terrors sealed the victory with a massive third quarter, outscoring Jburg 25-2.
Ayla Van Scoter and Baylee Francis led the way for O-E, each scoring 10 points. Van Scoter also ripped down eight rebounds while Francis had five. Rayel Hakes had seven rebounds alongside nine points while both Carrie Drummond and Lexi Prince scored seven points.

Bradford 40, DuBois 37, OT
DUBOIS, PA – After trailing for the entire game, a fourth quarter push forced overtime for the Lady Owls, who would go on to claim their second OT victory of the season.
Finding themselves down by double-digits heading into the final eight minutes of play, Bradford launched a barrage of 3-pointers that all found their mark. Mackenzie Taylor would splash two deep shots in the quarter while Alyssa Johnson tacked on another. After tying it up, the Lady Owls would sneak out a victory in overtime.
Johnson led the Lady Owls in scoring with 17 points while Hayley Keane had 10.
